Islamabad: The court of Special Judge Central sentenced the criminal involved in sexual harassment in the name of spiritual treatment to 2 years imprisonment and a fine of 40 thousand rupees.
According to FIA officials, the accused had created an Instagram page called Kala Jadoo, the accused named Rafiullah had shared objectionable photos of a woman in the year 2021.
FIA officials say that the accused also kept blackmailing the complainant, Cybercrime Circle Islamabad had registered a case on the request of the victim.
The court of Special Judge Central Mohammad Azam Khan convicted Rafiullah and sentenced him to 2 years imprisonment and a fine of 20 thousand rupees.
The accused was arrested on 31 December 2021, the bail of the accused was also rejected by the Islamabad High Court.
