Former US President Donald Trump leaves a Manhattan court after a historic hearing where a judge released him from custody without pre-trial restrictions.
According to the news agency, Trump has been indicted in three cases related to payments to the actress, and is also facing charges of trying to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.
The lawsuit against Trump alleges that the defendant falsified business records to hide criminal activity from voters.
The defendants conspired during 2015-17 to influence the 2016 presidential election, purchasing negative material against Trump so that it would not be published, to aid the election process.

The lawsuit said that the purpose of the former president’s payment to the actress was to hide his sexual relationship, the money given to the actress by his lawyer is illegal and his lawyer has pleaded guilty to the illegal payment.
The lawsuit against Trump said that the doorman at Trump Tower wanted to report on Trump’s alleged illegitimate child, but a pro-Trump media group bought the rights to the doorman’s story for $30,000.
The lawsuit said that the media group wanted to end the deal with Darban after the news about the child was proven false. Trump’s lawyer urged the media company to continue the deal with Darban until the presidential election.
In June 2016, the woman claimed a sexual relationship with Trump, the media company paid the woman 150,000 dollars to keep silent about the sexual relationship, while the other woman who claimed the sexual relationship was silenced by paying 360 thousand dollars.
