The Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army (ISPR) says that the funeral prayers of the martyred security personnel were performed in Pak-Iran Jalgai sector catchment.
According to ISPR, the funeral prayers were attended by senior present and retired army officers, soldiers and relatives.
Spokesman Pakistan Army said that the martyrs have been buried with military honours.
According to ISPR, the funeral prayers of Naik Sher Ahmed were performed in Taunsa, the funeral prayers of Lance Naik Muhammad Asghar were offered at Kot Addu, the funeral prayers of Sepoy Abdul Rasheed were held at Sahabpur, while the funeral prayers of Sepoy Mohammad Irfan were offered at DG Khan.
Giving the details of the incident, ISPR said that the security personnel were on routine patrolling at Pak-Iran border where the four personnel were martyred in the terrorist attack.
The spokesperson of Pakistan Army says that the sacrifices of the soldiers in the war against terrorism further strengthens the determination of the army.
