Central leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) reached Mansurah, the center of Jamaat-e-Islami, Lahore.
A delegation comprising PTI leader Asad Umar and Senator Ejaz Chaudhry reached Mansurah to meet Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Sirajul Haque.
In the meeting of PTI leaders with Sirajul Haq, the country’s political situation and issues of mutual interest were discussed.
On this occasion, it was agreed to maintain continuity of relations between PTI and Jamaat-e-Islami.
Both the political parties also agreed on declaring the constitution and democratic system as a way out of the political crisis.
During the meeting, Sirajul Haque said that elections in only two provinces are not the solution to the problem, they are in favor of elections on the same day in the whole country.
He further said that dialogue between political parties is needed for an agreed history.
