The leader of Muslim League (N) Nawaz Sharif advised to boycott the 3-member bench of the Supreme Court in the case of postponement of elections in two provinces.
For important political decisions, a meeting of the allied parties of the government was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, in which the leaders and leaders of the allied parties of the government including Nawaz Sharif participated through video link.
In the meeting, the current political situation and latest developments in pending cases were discussed.
Nawaz Sharif suggested that all parties of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) should boycott the three-member bench.
Nawaz Sharif giving his blunt opinion said that there is no expectation of justice from the three-member bench. Saqib Nisar is included in this three-member bench.
During the meeting, a consultative discussion was held that the Attorney General should appear in the court and express no confidence in the 3-member bench.
It was also asked that the Attorney General be notified of the boycott of the proceedings.
On the other hand, suggestions of bench boycott were also received from PDM leadership which Nawaz Sharif endorsed.
The leader of Muslim League (N) said that there is no other option except to boycott the bench, despite the demand of the majority of the political leadership, the non-formation of the full bench is a sign of a special agenda.
