Tehreek-e-Insaf senior leader Fawad Chaudhry has announced to file a contempt of court petition against Maryam Aurangzeb.
While giving a briefing after the meeting of the core committee of the party, Fawad Chaudhry said that Nawaz Sharif is threatening the judiciary of Pakistan.
The PTI leader said that Tehreek-e-Insaaf is in favor of talks with political parties, but clapping with two hands, if there are any serious talks, we will go ahead.
He further said that if the situation in Pakistan is to be improved, then one has to think beyond retaliation. We have no objection to Nawaz Sharif’s return.
Fawad Chaudhry said that the purpose of the Somoto amendment is to reduce the powers of the Chief Justice.
He said that Nawaz Sharif refused to accept the decision of three judges, then Shahbaz government came on the decision of three judges and should not accept it either.
The PTI leader said that after April 30, the powers of the caretaker government will expire.
