Hollywood star Keanu Reeves, who made his comeback on the big screen with the movie ‘John Wick 4’, earned around $39,500 for every word spoken in the movie.
The film ‘John Wick 4’ not only performed well at the box office, but this fourth installment of the franchise is also the longest running film, with a runtime of 169 minutes.
Interestingly, Keanu Reeves spoke only 380 words while playing the lead role in this nearly three-hour long film.
While fans may be surprised by the lack of dialogue for the star of the franchise, it’s certainly not a disappointment for Keanu Reeves as he earned around $39,500 for every word spoken in the film.
The actor earned between $1 and $2 million from the first installment of the franchise released in 2014, followed by $2 million and $2.5 million from the installments released in 2017 and 2019, respectively.
Keanu Reeves as John Wick was not interested in speaking much in the film so he made up for his lack of words with his action packed scenes.
This is why this installment of the franchise has more action-packed scenes than all the previous installments.
Remember that Keanu Reeves does almost all the stunts in his movies himself.
