Justice Yahya Afridi issued his detailed note on the self-notice on the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa elections in the Supreme Court.
Justice Yahya Afridi said in a detailed note that the notice of the Supreme Court is automatically dismissed.
In the detailed note, it was further said that the matter of elections is pending in Lahore and Peshawar High Courts, the Supreme Court has declared in the past that if the matter is in the High Court, it cannot be interfered with.
Justice Yahya Afridi also said in his note that the parties have been changing their political positions in the election case, the court should avoid interfering when political issues are at a peak.
In the detailed note, it was said that automatic notices and constitutional petitions are inadmissible, I leave the matter of making myself a part of the bench to the Chief Justice.
