Indian actress and niece of famous Bollywood actor Raza Murad, Sonam Khan (Bakhtawar Khan) joined the film industry at a very young age and gained fame with the films Tridev, Vijay and Vishwatma.
In a recent interview, she says that she is keen to act again and regrets that she left the industry at the age of 21. According to him, he worked with the best actors but his decision to leave the industry 29 years ago was not the right one.
In 1991, she married director, screenwriter and film editor Rajeev Gulshan Roy with whom she has a son. In 1994, she went abroad with her husband after being threatened by the underworld.
