The Sindh government has announced a public holiday on April 4

Karachi: The Sindh government has announced a public holiday on April 4 across the province on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, the founder of Pakistan People’s Party.

Chief Secretary Sindh has issued a notification of public holiday across the province on Thursday, April 4. Under which all private and public educational institutions in the province will remain closed.

According to the notification, all institutions under the Sindh government will remain closed on April 4, while federally run public and private institutions and banks will open as usual.

It should be noted that Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was hanged on 18 March 1978 in Rawalpindi Jail on a court order.
