Imran Khan approached the court against the NAB investigation in the Tosha Khana case

Islamabad: PTI Chairman Imran Khan approached the Islamabad High Court against the NAB investigation in the Tosha Khana case.

According to Express News, PTI Chairman Imran Khan has filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court against the NAB investigation in the Tosha Khana case, in which the summoning notices of NAB dated March 16 and February 17 have been challenged.

On behalf of Imran Khan, his lawyer Khawaja Haris has filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court in which Chairman NAB and Additional Director NAB Rawalpindi have been made parties.

The petition has taken a position that the NAB call-up notices of 17th February and 16th March should be declared illegal, the inquiry should be stopped by the process of conversion to investigation till the final decision of the case.

The lawyer pleaded on behalf of Imran Khan to stop any disciplinary action on the basis of call-up notices.
