Earlier, Judicial Magistrate Malik Aman heard today the request of Chairman PTI for exception to the appearance of the female judge in the threat case, in which Imran Khan’s lawyers requested to restore the bailable warrant.

The lawyer argued in the court and said that Imran Khan’s life is in danger, the High Court also issued notices for withdrawing the security.

Prosecutor Raja Rizwan Abbasi opposed the petition filed for exception to Imran Khan’s appearance in the court today and argued that since Imran Khan is absent, the bailable warrant should be changed to a non-bailable warrant. Hearing the excuse of Wazirabad, the ears are dry. Wasn’t there Wazirabad 2 days ago when the High Court appeared? On every date, the request for exception was granted with the presence of Imran Khan. On the last hearing, the judge said that exceptions have been given many times. After which non-bailable arrest warrants were issued.

The prosecutor further said in the court that Imran Khan’s medical report was not submitted. No concrete reasons were given for non-attendance. The prosecutor said in his objection that Imran Khan’s request for exemption from attendance is not signed by him but only by his lawyers.

During the hearing, the prosecutor requested to dismiss the request for exemption from attendance and said that a non-bailable arrest warrant should be issued for Imran Khan.

After listening to the arguments of the lawyers and the prosecutor, the learned judge reserved the decision on Imran Khan’s request for exception, which was later issued, in which the court rejected Imran Khan’s request for exception to his appearance and his non-bailable warrant. He was arrested and ordered to appear in court on April 18.

It should be noted that the court had issued a bailable warrant for Imran Khan today, on which the lawyers requested an exception from today’s appearance.
