Oil marketing companies estimate that diesel prices are likely to drop by Rs 15 to Rs 20 per litre.
According to estimates of oil marketing companies, the price of petrol may decrease by 4 to 5 rupees per litre.
On the other hand, industry sources say that the government is unlikely to change the prices.
