Leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser has said that the Constitution of Pakistan is the custodian of the principle of division of powers between the pillars of the state.
Reacting to the Prime Minister’s address in Parliament, he said that the legislature, judiciary and administration are bound to work within their limits.
Asad Qaiser said that those who make the parliament a hotbed of conspiracies against the constitution and state institutions must be held accountable.
He said that the constitution does not allow one day to go beyond the 90 days related to elections.
Asad Qaiser further said that first he tried to run away from the elections, now he is attacking the parliament to threaten the Supreme Court.
