The decision of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Jamal Mandukhel was issued in the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Election Self-Notice Case.
The two judges said in a detailed judgment that the petitions related to elections in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are rejected.
In the detailed decision, it was said that the notice of election itself was rejected by four judges, the order of court is a decision of four and three.
In the election automatic notice case, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Jamal Mandukhel said in a detailed judgment that the authority of the Chief Justice of ‘one-man power show’ has to be reviewed, the Supreme Court cannot be left to the decisions of only one person. The time has come to end the practice of the Chief Justice’s office enjoying a ‘one-man show’, a policy has to be framed by the Full Court on the power of automatic notice.
