Karachi: Former cricketer Shahid Afridi’s reaction to the defeat in the T20 series against Afghanistan came out.
After Pakistan Cricket Team’s defeat by Afghanistan in two consecutive T20 matches, Shahid Afridi said in a statement on Twitter that Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) giving opportunity to new players is commendable.
Shahid Afridi added that trusting young players is a good move by PCB but senior players should have been with the new players instead of benching them so that they can get field experience.
Shahid Afridi congratulated the Afghan team on their victory and said that they played the best cricket. Rashid Khan was brilliant as always.
