Islamabad: PEMRA banned the coverage of meetings and rallies within the limits of the federal capital.
According to Express News, PEMRA has banned live and recorded coverage of rallies, jalsa, procession and public gathering in the federal capital Islamabad.

Pemra said the ban was imposed in response to a letter from law enforcement agencies, with the channels broadcasting live footage of violent mobs and attacks on law enforcement agencies. Chaos and panic spread.
It should be noted that Imran Khan will go to Islamabad High Court today from Lahore and will file applications for protective bail in five cases.
