The spokesperson of Emirate of Islamia said that due to the failure of the Security Council to reach an agreement, the immunity of the United Nations has not been extended to the 13 members of the Taliban included in the blacklist.
It should be noted that the UN immunity enjoyed by the Taliban members had expired in August 2022.
