Vizgan Sargsyan: In the main match of the Eurocup qualifiers, Turkey defeated Armenia 1-2 at home.
In the match played at Vizgan Sargsyan Football Stadium, Turki Ozan Kabak scored an own goal against his team in the 10th minute and thus Armenia got the lead, but Orkin Kokcho equalized the match by scoring a goal in the 34th minute of the match.
In the 64th minute of the match, Mohammad Karim scored a goal to give Turkey the lead, which remained until the end of the match, during which Armenia attacked Turkey’s goal post but failed.
Group D includes teams from Turkey, Armenia, Croatia, Wales and Latvia.

It should be noted that in September 2022, a war broke out between Azerbaijan and Armenia in the Nagorno-Karabakh region, in which Turkey helped Azerbaijan and won the war, after which relations between the two countries became strained.
