Islamabad: PTI has sent letters to the European Union, US House of Representatives, British House of Lords and international human rights organizations against the attack on Imran Khan, violence against parliamentarians and workers.

According to Express News, Tehreek-e-Insaf has decided to raise the violence against members of parliament, leaders and political workers at the global level, according to which the former speaker of the National Assembly and PTI leader Asad Qaiser has called on parliamentary and human rights forums around the world. Letters have been sent.

On behalf of Tehreek-e-Insaf, Asad Qaiser has sent letters to the US House of Representatives, House of Lords, European Union, IPU, CPA and human rights organizations, asking them to stop violence against MPs and workers by the government. An appeal has been made to take notice and play a role against the government’s actions.

In the post, Asad Qaiser has said that as a former Speaker, I want to bring awareness of human rights violations in Pakistan. And resigned from the House.

It is stated in the post that the caretaker governments in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab committed severe human rights violations to suppress the voice of political workers, false criminal cases were filed to remove former Prime Minister Imran Khan from politics, and murderous attacks on Imran Khan. 11 shots were fired and 127 cases were registered.

Asad Qaiser said in the post that there were several attacks on the former prime minister’s house and workers were tortured, famous journalist Arshad Sharif was killed, journalist Arshad Sharif’s mother has not yet received justice, PTI worker Zal Shah was killed in Punjab. He was brutally murdered while in police custody and a case was registered against Imran Khan for the murder of his own activist Ali Bilal alias Zal Shah.

The post said that PDM has blackmailed the Supreme Judiciary of Pakistan through fake audio and video, Pakistan has signed several international human rights conventions, if the government’s actions are not stopped, PTI will be unconstitutionally attacked. An attempt will be made to impose a ban.

In the letter sent, Asad Qaiser said that the Election Commission unconstitutionally postponed the elections in two provinces despite the clear orders of the Supreme Court. Maryam Nawaz termed the political workers as bigoted and racist, they should play a role in stopping the political genocide of the Pakistani people, the destruction of democracy.
