Quetta: PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s nephew Hasan Niazi’s request for physical remand was rejected. The court granted Hasan Niazi’s bail.
According to the report, the Quetta court granted bail to Imran Khan’s legal advisor Hasan Niazi and released him.
The Judicial Magistrate granted Hasan Niazi’s bail against a surety of Rs 100,000, after which the police took Hasan Niazi away under tight security.
Hasan Niazi said in a statement before the judicial magistrate that my fault is that I am Imran Khan’s legal advisor.

On March 18, a case was registered against Hasan Niazi at Airport Quetta police station under provisions of incitement. Imran Khan’s focal person was handed over to the Quetta police on a one-day transit remand yesterday where the police brought him from Islamabad to Quetta.
It may be recalled that on March 20, Islamabad Police arrested Hasan Niazi on the charge of resisting the police gate outside the judicial complex.
