#NASA Mars Mission NASA

To travel to Mars in a short time, NASA and Durpa have announced to start the preparation of space rocket with nuclear technology.

According to foreign media reports, NASA and the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) have announced cooperation for the trial of a nuclear thermal rocket engine in space, which is an important step towards sending the first manned mission to Mars.

According to the report, NASA and the Darpa Ezel spacecraft will participate together in the Draco program, with NASA officials saying the use of nuclear thermal rockets allows for faster transit times with less risk to astronauts.

NASA Administrator Bill Nelson said in a statement that this new technology allows astronauts to travel to and from deep space faster than ever before, a major potential in preparation for crewed missions to Mars.

He said that we will develop advanced nuclear thermal technology by the year 2027 along with the team of the research agency of the space agency Pentagon.

It should be noted that recently the first and most important phase of NASA’s Artemis mission was successfully completed, NASA’s Orion capsule successfully landed in the Pacific Ocean near Mexico.

The Orion capsule returned to Earth after spending nearly twenty-six days in space, traveling at 32 times the speed of sound as it entered the atmosphere.

It should be remembered that the Artemis mission is of great importance not only to NASA but also to global space science.
