Islamabad: The federal capital police said that the riot in the judicial complex was planned and deliberate.
According to the spokesperson of Islamabad Capital Police, 63 officers and personnel of Islamabad Police were injured during the security of the judicial complex and court staff, while Shibli Faraz is a named accused in the case and his role will be determined by the JIT.

According to the police, the transfer of the court from F8 to the judicial complex was implemented on the demand of Shibli Faraz and his party. The police were shelled and petrol bombs were thrown by the protesters. The protestors deliberately vandalized and set fire to the judicial complex with a regular plan. 369 people involved in the riots have been arrested.

According to the spokesman, the Islamabad Police will continue to perform its duties under the court orders and according to the law. The cases are being heard and investigated in the court. Islamabad Capital Police will complete the cases on merit. Baseless propaganda is being done against Islamabad Police under a plan.
