The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) will send a delegation of scholars to Afghanistan for negotiations regarding women’s education and employment in Afghanistan.
OIC Secretary General Hussain Ibrahim Taha said that discussions are ongoing with the relevant authorities of Afghanistan with the support of the International Jurisprudence Academy.
He said that a delegation of scholars will go to Afghanistan for talks to discuss issues related to women’s education and employment in Islam.
The 49th meeting of the OIC was held in Mauritania from March 16 to 17, in which representatives of more than 40 countries participated.
On this occasion, Afghanistan’s spokesperson Zabiullah Mujahid said that we are trying to solve our problems on women’s education and employment, but it will take some time.
