The Lahore High Court has ordered to make public the records of Tosha Khana from 1990 to 2001.
Justice Asim Hafeez of the Supreme Court, while dealing with the petition of citizen Munir Ahmed, has said in his order that the friend Malik who gave the gifts should also be told, nothing can be hidden.
The federal government objected to the court’s direction to reveal the sources of the gifts.
The court in its order said that the entire record should be made public.
The lawyer of the federal government said that we have to file an appeal against him.
Justice Asim Hafeez said that appeal is your right, no gift can be kept without paying the price.
