A civil servant in India died of a heart attack while dancing to a song during a function.
According to Indian media reports, this incident happened in the city of Bhopal in the state of Madhya Pradesh when Surendra Kumar Dixit, assistant director of the postal department, suddenly fell while dancing.
According to reports, he suffered a heart attack. The video of the said incident went viral on social media.
In the video, it can be seen that the civil servant was dancing along with his colleagues to the song ‘Bas aaj ki raat hai zindagi, kal hum kein tum kein’ from the popular movie Shaan and fell down.
People immediately tried to save his life but all in vain.
It may be noted that the Postal Department organized the 34th All India Postal Hockey Tournament which was played from March 13 to 17.
The final was scheduled for March 17 and a day earlier a cultural program was held at the Post Office Bhopal in which the incident took place.
