England: A knife-wielding man attacked the youth, who died 7 years later. An investigation has been started for whether this death will be called murder or not.
According to international media, this incident took place in Derby, England in 2015, in which 15-year-old Tristan Holmes was attacked with a knife in a hotel parking lot, injuring him.
Tristan Holmes suffered a punctured liver which required a transplant. Although the initial surgery went well, 5 years later his body rejected the transplant.
Due to problems with the first transplant, Tristan Holmes needed two more operations to replace his liver, both of which failed. After the third operation, his family was told that nothing more could be done to prolong Tristan’s life and Tristan finally died on 26 June 2022 at the age of 23.
