According to the details, the Saudi Ministry of Manpower has said that the working hours of shopping malls employees will be six hours in Ramadan, security guards will also be included in them.

According to Sabak News, Rizwan Al-Jalwah, adviser to the Ministry of Manpower, said regarding the duty hours in Ramadan, that the duty period for Ramadan in the private sector is six hours, there is no allocation of morning or night shift.

Speaking on a Saudi TV program, he said that in some companies, the night duty period during Ramadan is reduced to 8 hours, which is legally wrong, and the worker should be given overtime for doing so.

He directed that overtime workers have the right to ask for their overtime instead of alternative leave, and that the matter be settled in advance between the company management and the worker.
