The Lahore High Court allowed the request of the police to investigate Chairman PTI Imran Khan.
The court heard the request of the police to visit Zaman Park and complete the investigation, in which the court remarked that the police can conduct their investigation according to law.
During the hearing, Imran Khan’s lawyer said that the policemen should not go with the whole army, two to three people should go and do their investigation. On which the court inquired whether I can control the investigation?
Lawyer Imran Khan said that it means that the police should send their designated officers for investigation. Advocate Punjab government said that the investigation cannot be made subject to anyone’s permission. On this, Imran Khan’s lawyer said that we are not stopping the police, we are asking them to investigate according to the law.
He further said that the police want to conduct investigation in two FIRs, we will cooperate if the police sends their nominated officers.
