Peshawar: Additional IGC TD Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has said that The Peshawar Police Line blast was planned in Afghanistan, the suicide bomber belonged to Mohmand Agency, and if he failed, a second bomber was ready.
This was revealed by Additional IGCDT Shaukat Abbas and DIGCTD Sohail Khalid while holding a press conference. Officers informed the media about the progress of the Peshawar Police Line blast in a press conference and said that all the perpetrators of the blast will be caught, the investigation of the attack has progressed and several revelations have come out.
Additional IGC TD Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shaukat Abbas said that 84 people were martyred in the Peshawar police line blast, the mastermind of the case has been traced, the suicide bomber was identified with the help of 300 cameras along with the suicide bomber. K handler was traced.
He said that the second suicide bomber was also prepared for the blast, if the first suicide bomber failed, then this second bomber would attack.
He said that both attackers received training in Kunduz, Afghanistan, the mastermind of the suicide bomber was Ghafar alias Sulaiman, he was in touch on the day of the incident, the bomber involved in the Peshawar blast was Qari.
