Chairman PTI approached the Islamabad High Court to stop the arrest of former Prime Minister Imran Khan in cases registered across the country.
In the petition filed, it is requested that the details of the cases registered against Imran Khan across the country should be sought, that the arrest of Imran Khan should be subject to the prior permission of the court.
Imran Khan’s stand has been taken in the petition that there was a murderous attack on me in Wazirabad, my life is in serious danger.
Imran Khan has requested in the application to give the records of the cases registered in the whole country.
In the petition, Imran Khan states that after the regime change, the petitioner is constantly being targeted by the police, there is a fear of arrest on arrival in Islamabad for court proceedings.

In the petition, Imran Khan has made the Federation through the Interior Secretary and the Police IGs of the four provinces including Islamabad a party.
Director FIA has also been made a party in Imran Khan’s application.
