The Progressive Panel won the Karachi Union of Journalists (KUJ) elections for the sixth year in a row.
Faheem Siddiqui President, Liaquat Rana General Secretary and Javed Qureshi were elected Khazan.
Qazi Asif, Naeem Khokhar will be vice presidents while Faizan Lakhani, Sameer Qureshi will be joint secretaries.
Candidates of the Progressive Panel also won 7 seats of Majlis-e-Amaila.
Provincial Minister Saeed Ghani congratulated the progressive panel on the success of the KUJ annual elections.
Saeed Ghani congratulated newly elected President KK Faheem Siddiqui and General Secretary Liaquat Rana.
He said that he also congratulates Qazi Asif and Naeem Khokhar on being elected vice president.
