Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar says that the paperwork for the release of the second tranche of another 500 million dollars loan with the Chinese bank has been completed.
Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has said in a statement released on social media that this installment is a part of the 1 billion 30 million dollars loan rolled over.
He says that Pakistan had paid this loan to China, the funds will be released to the State Bank of Pakistan soon.
Ishaq Dar further said that the Chinese bank had approved the rollover of 1.3 billion dollars for Pakistan.
The Federal Finance Minister also said that Pakistan had recently paid this amount back to the Chinese bank.
