The International Atomic Energy Agency has said that two and a half tons of uranium is missing from the Libyan site.
In its statement to member states after the inspection of the Libyan site, the International Atomic Energy Agency said the previous government had declared 10 drums of uranium that were no longer there.
News agencies say that the Atomic Energy Agency will further investigate the removal of uranium from the site.
According to news agencies, this inspection was supposed to take place at the Libyan site last year, but it was postponed due to the bad situation in the region.
The Atomic Energy Agency said in its statement that giving any information about the nuclear site is not without risk, they are investigating the absence of uranium.
It should be noted that in 2003, Muammar Gaddafi of Libya announced the abandonment of the nuclear weapons program.
