The government increased the prices of petroleum products across the country.
The Ministry of Finance has issued a notification of new prices of petroleum products.
According to the notification, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs 5 per litre, after which the new price of petrol has been fixed at Rs 272 per litre.
The price of high speed diesel was increased by Rs 13 per litre, after which the new price of high speed diesel became Rs 293 per litre.
The price of kerosene has been fixed at Rs 190 29 paise per liter after an increase of Rs 2 56 paise.
