British Chancellor Jeremy Hunt has presented the budget for the new fiscal year, the price cap scheme of 2500 pounds per year of energy bills has been extended for three months.
Jeremy Hunt said that £11 billion will be spent on the defense budget over the next five years.
He said that under the pre-payment meter, consumers would not have to pay extra, saving 4 million households £45 a year.
The British chancellor also announced reforms to childcare, benefits and pensions and a new plan to get the over-50s back to work.
