The Sindh High Court Sukkur bench while giving a safe verdict related to the lawlessness case across the province ordered the withdrawal of SSU Commandos security from VVIPs, Ministers and Bureaucrats across Sindh.
A two-member bench comprising Justice Salahuddin and Justice Abdul Mubeen Lakho of the Sindh High Court Sukkur bench gave a safe verdict on the petition filed by High Court Bar lawyer Ali Gul Abbasi regarding law and order.
The court ordered that the IG Sindh should implement the submitted plan to establish law and order.
The court ordered that the Sindh government should provide a budget for the purchase of military grade weapons.
The court ordered that the security of SSU commandos should be withdrawn from VVIPs, ministers and bureaucrats across Sindh and these personnel should be posted on police packs established in Kacha while providing security only to foreigners.
The court said that the head price fixed on dacoits in each district should be provided to the respective SSPs, and other necessary steps should be taken along with vigorous operation against dacoits and criminals.
The court directed to ensure registration of FIR of every crime.
The court said that funds should be allocated to improve the investigation and the Public Safety Committee should be activated.
