A driver rammed a truck into pedestrians in the Canadian city of Quebec, killing 2 people in the accident.
According to news agencies, 9 people including 3 children were injured in the accident, out of which the condition of 2 is very critical.
According to foreign media, the police say that the 38-year-old truck driver has been arrested while the incident is being investigated from various aspects.
Police say that the truck driver seems to be the only one involved in the incident.
Canada’s Minister of Public Safety has expressed sympathy to the bereaved, describing the incident as a terrible act.
