Rawalpindi: Commander Abdul Rasheed alias Rashidi, a terrorist who shot and killed a policeman on census security in Ragzai area of Tang district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, was killed by security forces.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army (ISPR), terrorists opened fire on a police party on census security duty in the general area of Tank District, Raghzai, as a result of which one officer was martyred.
According to ISPR, on receiving the information, the security forces immediately surrounded the area and sealed all the possible escape routes of the terrorists, however, the fleeing terrorists were found in Kalachi area of Tehsil Kalachi of Dera Ismail Khan district. Stopped at Gurda Guldad.
ISPR said that after a fierce exchange of fire with the security forces, the terrorist commander Abdul Rashid alias Rashidi was killed, while the slain terrorist was wanted by the police for several terrorist acts against the security forces and the killing of innocent civilians. was
