The Oscars ceremony continues in full swing in Hollywood, with movie stars hitting the red carpet ahead of the ceremony.
Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai also attended the ceremony, Malala Yousafzai’s short documentary Stranger at the Gate is nominated for an Oscar.
Jimmy Kimmel hosts the 95th Academy Awards in Los Angeles. “I think choosing a gray carpet instead of a red carpet shows how confident we are that there will be no bloodshed,” he said.
He said the decision to change the color was made by innovation consultants Lisa Liu and Raul Avila.
