Two young brothers were killed in an attack by stray dogs in India

New Delhi: Two young brothers were attacked and killed by stray dogs in the western part of the Indian state of Delhi.

According to a report by India Express, the incident took place in the forest area of ​​Rochi Vihar in West Delhi’s Vasant Kunj.

According to the police, the two children were between 5 and 7 years old and were siblings. The children were attacked in separate incidents two days apart and succumbed to their injuries, police said.

The police said that the concerned authorities have been informed about the death of the children while the investigation of the matter is also going on. The SHO gave the details of the incident that around 3 pm on March 10, elder brother Anand went missing from his house in Sindhi Basti near Anand Jungle.

According to the police, “After two hours, the family found the child’s body in an empty plot with deep injury marks on the body”.

Police said that the injuries were like animal bites, we inquired from neighbors and local people and found that there are many stray dogs inside the forest which often attack goats.

According to the police, around 8 am on Sunday, 5-year-old Anand’s younger brother Aditya went to urinate in the same forest area along with his cousin Chandan. When he left Aditya, he found the boy surrounded by stray dogs, badly injured.

Mahendraju Anand of PS Vasant Kunj South was in the same area in connection with the death investigation, he heard the screams of the child and saw that the dog had attacked Aditya, he took the injured child to the hospital in his car and during treatment the child died.
