Rawalpindi: The son injured the elderly father by stabbing him with a knife over a dispute over non-payment of money in Sadiqabad police station area.
According to the police, while filing a case, the elderly father said that my son Jahanzeb demanded money and when he did not get it, he injured me with a knife.
Sadiqabad Police has registered a case under the Parental Protection Ordinance and arrested the accused Jahanzeb on the father’s request.
SP Rawal Faisal Salim said that all legal requirements will be fulfilled to punish the accused, violence on a great person like parents is unimaginable and sad.
