Gwadar: Pakistan Coast Guards seized 1650 kg of hashish and 69 kg of high-quality ice.
Pakistan Coast Guards recovered a huge amount of drugs from Duran area of Gwadar after receiving information from confidential sources.
According to the spokesman of the Coast Guards, when two suspicious vehicles were signaled to stop near General Area Duran, the suspects accelerated the speed of the vehicles and tried to escape.
When the coast guards searched the vehicles, they recovered 1650 kg of hashish and 69 kg of high quality ice.
The seized drugs were to be smuggled overseas by sea, with a global market value of around $117 million.
