Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has decided to approach the court against accepting the resignations of 43 members.

According to the sources, Tehreek-e-Insaf has prepared a petition to approach the Islamabad High Court.

Tehreek-e-Insaf is likely to file a petition today or Monday, along with a letter written by the Speaker to Shah Mehmood Qureshi.

Sources say that the Speaker had said in the letter that the resignations would be confirmed by calling the resigned members in any case.

The Speaker said in the letter that no one’s resignation will be accepted without confirmation of resignations.

It should be noted that on January 24, Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf accepted the resignations of 43 more members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
