Karachi: Peshawar Zalmi captain Babar Azam’s desire to score a century in the Pakistan Super League has been fulfilled.
Babar Azam, the captain of the national cricket team and PSL franchise Peshawar Zalmi, answered a question in an interview given to Cricket Pakistan a few days ago and said that it is his wish to score 100 runs in the PSL. He further said that it is also a desire to become the winning team of the World Cup.
Remember that earlier Babar Azam has played in 7 seasons of PSL with different franchises and he could not score a century in any of the seasons but today fate was kind to him.
In the 25th match of the Pakistan Super League at the Rawalpindi Stadium, Babar Azam scored a century off 60 balls while batting brilliantly. Zalmi’s captain is the outstanding batsman by scoring 115 runs while Saim Ayub also played a brilliant innings of 74 runs.
