San Francisco: Twitter has taken several steps to improve its declining reputation and now one of the important news in this regard is that very soon users will be able to post long posts on Twitter which can be up to 10000 characters in length.
It is also called ‘Super Long Tweets’ which will be opened as soon as you press the See More option. However, this facility has already been offered to the Blue Mark subscriber but they can still tweet up to 4000 characters which has been launched recently which is now being used by three lakh users.
Elon Musk wants longer tweets to increase users’ time on the app and allow them to engage more. According to analysts, people may be able to make some money from this, but currently the company has not given any indication.
But will people be interested in reading such long tweets? This is an important question because since Twitter emerged as microblogging aimed at keeping followers informed of rapidly changing situations through short sentences, the Twitter platform became popular very quickly.
