Jalsa, procession and rally banned in Lahore

The Punjab Home Department has banned jalsa, procession and rally in Lahore.

According to the notification issued by the Home Department, protests, sit-ins and demonstrations have also been banned in Lahore.

According to the notification, the ban will be implemented from today and will continue for 7 days.

The Punjab Interior Department says that the ban has been imposed in view of the poor traffic and security situation in Lahore.

It should be noted that Tehreek-e-Insaf has announced to take out the rally from Zaman Park today at 1 pm, the rally will end at Data Darbar through Ferozepur Road, which will be led by Imran Khan.

PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry has said that the rally will be taken out to show solidarity with the constitution and judiciary.
