Islamabad: The Tosha Khana case was heard in the District and Sessions Court, but Imran Khan did not appear even today.

The judge inquired from Imran Khan’s lawyer that Imran Khan is not appearing even today. Their guarantors did not appear?
The court adjourned the Tosha Khana case against Imran Khan till 10 pm. After the break, the hearing was held again, the lawyer said that next week, give a date, Imran Khan’s health is bad, he is disabled.

Vakil Election Commission requested that the court should take notice of Imran Khan’s guarantor and cancel the bail.
Imran Khan’s lawyer said that Imran Khan will definitely appear in Islamabad High Court on March 9, I have been told that it will be easy for Imran Khan to appear in court next week.
The judge remarked that in other words, Imran Khan did not appear in the Sessions Court even on March 9, Imran Khan came to other courts but did not come to the Sessions Court, Imran Khan’s request for exemption from every appearance has been approved.
Mohsin Shahnawar Ranjha of PML-N came on the rostrum and said that action should be taken against Imran Khan according to the law, is any common citizen given such a relaxation? went.
The judge said that, God willing, action will be taken in accordance with the law. Election Commission’s lawyer said to keep Thursday.
Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal adjourned the hearing till two o’clock.
It should be noted that the court has issued non-bailable warrants for Imran Khan and a date has been set for indictment.
