Lima: A fire broke out after a collision between a passenger bus and Chingchi in Peru, in which 13 people were burnt to death, most of whose bodies have not been identified.
According to the world news agency, the accident happened on the main highway some distance from Lima, the capital of Peru. The collision between the passenger bus and Chingchi was so terrible that both caught fire.
Chingchi was completely gutted while the bus was also completely burnt from inside. 13 people were burned to death by the time help arrived.
There were more than 50 passengers in the bus. The surviving driver and other passengers managed to climb out through the windows.
The police have arrested the driver of the passenger bus while the Chingchi driver was burnt to death. Accidents are common in Peru due to lack of compliance with traffic laws and poor road conditions.
