Balochistan Constabulary officials were returning from duty at Sabi Mela when their truck was targeted on the way.
Quetta: 9 security personnel were martyred and 6 injured in an explosion near the truck of Balochistan Constabulary in Bolan district of Balochistan.
According to the Levies, the explosion took place at the Kambri bridge on the Quetta-Sabi highway. According to rescue sources, Balochistan Constabulary was targeted in the blast.
SP Bolan Mehmood Notizai has said that the explosion could be suicide. As soon as the incident was reported, the administration and security forces reached the spot.
The dead bodies and injured personnel were shifted to Sabi where they were provided medical aid. The condition of some of the injured is critical due to which the death toll is expected to increase. Emergency has been imposed in the hospitals of Quetta and Sabi.
The personnel of Balochistan Constabulary were returning from duty in Sibi Mela when they were targeted on the way. The intensity of the explosion was so high that the truck overturned and the personnel were buried under it.
